The Absolut Art Collection Tour will include some of the world’s most recognised and renowned artists for the first time in Seoul

ABSOLUT, the leader of creative collaborations, will tour 20 pieces of artwork from the ABSOLUT Art Collection at Gallery YEH from April 12th to 25th at the first time in Korea.

 

The artworks on the tour are artworks owned by the Historical Museum of Wines and Spirits in Stockholm, Sweden. The Absolut Art Collection Tour includes works by the world’s most recognised and renowned artists, Andy Warhol, Francesco Clemente, Louise Bourgeois, Rosemarie Trockel, Béatrice Cussol and Jan Saudek, to name a few.

 

The exhibition will show various artistic worlds in collaboration with domestic video artists Sakgayo, installation artist Byun Dae Yong, and music director Juui. In celebration of The Absolut Art Collection Tour in Seoul, ABSOLUT has also Absolut cocktail lounge and music inspired by Absolut ‘Docent tour’ with curator explaining creative works by artists.

 

“The ABSOLUT Art Collection comprises over 800 pieces of work, and it is a privilege to have the opportunity to send some of the most renowned pieces on tour around the region for the first time. On display at will be a range of artists known for their work in the pop art, trans-avant-garde and modern spheres. The selection spans across a variety of mediums such as canvas, plexiglas and tin, to photography and paper.
